MWT Edge provides sports-related information, analytics, and tools that may include odds data, statistics, and AI-generated insights.
All picks, analysis, and insights provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial, gambling, or investment advice. You should exercise your own judgment before making any betting or wagering decisions. The Service is one of many possible sources of information and is not a substitute for your own research and analysis.
MWT Edge is not a sportsbook and does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pick, analysis, or insight, and we do not guarantee outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any decisions you make based on the Service are entirely your responsibility.
You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any laws related to sports betting or gambling.

Odds and lines displayed in the Service are for reference only and may differ from those offered by any particular sportsbook at the time you place a wager.
If you submit content through the Service (including chat inputs, prompts, feedback, or support requests) ("User Content"), you grant MWT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process that User Content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
You represent that you have the rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
MWT and its licensors own the Service, including its software, models, design, branding, and content (excluding User Content). We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to redistribute or commercially exploit any Service content.
The Service or parts of it may be offered as a beta or preview. Beta features may change, be removed, or be unstable. You acknowledge that the Service may contain errors and may not be available without interruption.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MWT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MWT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PICKS, ANALYSIS, OR INSIGHTS WILL RESULT IN PROFITABLE OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MWT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM BETTING OR GAMBLING DECISIONS MADE USING INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL MWT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MWT IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MWT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your betting or gambling activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, pose a risk to the Service or other users, or for security or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10-13, 15-16) will survive.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@mwtedge.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
