This may include using your inputs to generate responses, enhance features, and develop the Service. Where feasible, we use de-identified or aggregated data for these purposes.

Legal basis (for users in the EU/UK): We process your information based on contract performance (to provide the Service you requested), legitimate interests (to improve and secure the Service), and consent (where required, such as for non-essential cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information with the following parties:

4. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Service, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.

If you request deletion of your account or personal information, we will process your request within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (such as billing records for tax compliance).

We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for longer periods.
